Code 128 on a bank-card sized layout, single or ten to an A4 page. A lost card is replaced by changing one field — three years of history stay attached to the person.

Three large buttons on a bench tablet. The operator scans a badge, starts the job, pauses it with a reason and finishes it. You get raw, break and net time — separately, and per work order.
No biometric data is processed — identification is by badge card or PIN.

Scan
The operator scans their badge card. The cards are printed by this product — one at a time or ten to an A4 sheet.

Start and pause
Pick the operation and the work order, enter the quantity on the on-screen keypad, press START. A pause asks for a reason — but only when the stop lasted long enough to have one.

Finish
FINISH closes every open segment on the job, including a colleague's, and records good, scrap and rework quantities.
What it does
Shift-aware time
Shifts, breaks and holidays are company settings. Raw, break and net time are stored and shown separately — and a calculated break is labelled as calculated, because it is assumed, not measured.
Stop reasons that fit the floor
A two-level tree seeded on first run — planned, machine, material, quality, personnel. The six most-used reasons come up as large buttons.
Reports and a spreadsheet
Dashboard, run list, attention list, and grouping by work order, operation, operator or work centre. The Excel export has three sheets and durations are numbers, so a column adds up.
Works when the network does not
The Windows and tablet builds keep a local database. A dropped connection does not stop a shift.

What it does not do
It does not process biometric data: identification is by badge card or PIN. Operator identity is anonymised when the retention period ends, while the production and duration data stay. Recording working time under the applicable law remains the employer's own obligation — this product helps you keep that record.
